Terms of Use – Ultimate Carousel

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the LinkedIn Dev Carousel application (the "Service"), operated by DEMILY Clément ("we", "us", "our"). The Service enables users to generate LinkedIn carousels using artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you ("User", "you") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Access to the Service

The Service is accessible online at ultimate-carousel.com. It is available under a freemium model: basic access is free with usage limitations, and premium features are offered for a fee.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Account

To use the Service, you must create a personal account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Accounts are individual and may not be shared.

4. Functionality & Limitations

The Service allows you to generate content (such as carousels) using AI. We do not guarantee the publication of content on LinkedIn or its performance (visibility, engagement, reach, etc.).

The Service may be subject to limitations (e.g., number of generations, access to features) depending on your subscription plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and your use of Stripe is subject to their terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated via the Service is made available for your personal or professional reuse, including publication on LinkedIn or other platforms.

However, the Service, its source code, interface design, trademarks, and all underlying intellectual property remain the exclusive property of DEMILY Clément or its licensors.

You agree not to reverse engineer, reproduce, or exploit the Service in any unauthorized manner.

6. Responsibilities

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and functionality of the Service but provide it "as is", without any warranties, express or implied.

We shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of data or content;
• Service interruptions or bugs;
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated content;
• Damages resulting from misuse or reliance on the Service.

It is your responsibility to verify and adapt the generated content before any public use.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time via the interface or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms or any unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and generated content may be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
